All Star Game - Info

For those playing in the all star game and those who may want to watch here is the info:

Wed at Rural 6:00pm start for Women and following for Men.

Players should try to be at least 1/2 h early for warmup etc.

Food will be provided after their matches by Domino's. Bring their uniforms. Expected to wear uniforms in warmups and T-shirts in games!

The End of an Era, All Stars, Team Party

As disappointing as Wednesday night was we are really proud of how our seniors played. We would even say that if Volleyball was like Boxing(win determined at the end of the match) we think it would have gone in our favor.

Sarah and I have had so much fun with you this year; at practice, raising money for disadvantaged children in S'side, on away trips & at games.


Our seniors have been great leaders all season long. You all have been so easy to coach. You are such an athletic and special group of girls. We will miss you so so much next year.Thanks to all the parents for all your support this season! You are the best!

Congratulation to Amy & Steph for being named to the 2nd all-star team. All star game is on Wed, November 10 at UPEI. Also, Meghan has been asked to play in the game as well. Check with Mrs.Tompson for game time.

We haven't been officially told but we think we're playing Bluefield @ Bluefield(it will definitely be an away game). I'll post more details when I find out.

Fri - game vs. Rural (last regular season game).

We will leave at 2:15 from TOSH on Friday. We have drives(2 vans).
We play at 4pm & 5pm at MEC.

Saturday morning at 9am. Playoffs begin at 11am.

An amazing day, a fun weekend & info for this week...

Sarah & I cannot thank you enough for stepping up and raising $959.00 for disadvantaged children in Summerside!!! You surpassed your goal! We were so so so proud this afternoon.

Sackville Tournament Info

Leave from TOSH parking lot at 12:15pm on Friday. Please eat lunch beforehand.

We play at 5:30 & 8:30 on Friday. Saturday 10am & 12pm - last possible game is at 5:30pm on Sat.

Please bring: comfy clothes, healthy snacks, warmups, uniforms, sneakers, high socks, money for 2-3 meals. Breakfast is included in hotel on Sat. There is a pool(not sure if they'll be time...)

Game vs Westile on Wed is at 5:30...bus will still leave after school. The boys team play 2 matches so it will be a late night if you're going home on the bus.

Grade 10's - please pay Shellilee $50 for the long sleeve warmups. I have already paid Prodigy Sports so if you are paying by cheque make it out to Shellilee Ballum.

Sackville Tournament - Oct 15-16

Parents: Please let me know if you need a room in Halifax for Oct 15th. Rate is $89 + tax. I need to know by Tuesday to get this rate.

I still need forms & athletic fees from a few players...please get in asap. Cheques can be made out to: Three Oaks



Players will receive permission form & pledge sheet today at practice. We'd ask that each player try to raise $15-20 bucks(this does not mean asking parents for $20!)



Friday's game - bus will leave at 3:45pm from school. Make sure you eat before game!



CEC - Parents, please email me(Shellilee) if you are driving over. We're trying to figure out if we need a van(s).

Monday, Forms & Run

Players all have a schedule for the season.

Monday - vs Bluefield at home(please be there ready to set up & play at 4:45).

I'd like to pass forms to athletic department asap. You can also make cheques payable to Three Oaks Athletics or Three Oaks.

Run for Saturday - If you are unable to make it(work, etc) - please run on your own.

We hope to have a complete season schedule later this week(PEISAA has not yet finalized). Below is the schedule for this week & also schedule for tourney this weekend. Girls will get a paper copy of tourney at practice today.
